Founder
Christopher Bennett Sr. built Nashville Tax Solutions to reflect the kind of guidance he believed clients should have received all along.
Chris Bennett Sr. did not build Nashville Tax Solutions from a place of comfort. Raised in Northern New Jersey by a single mother, he learned early what it means to carry responsibility, adapt, and keep moving when life gets heavy. Sports shaped his discipline. Sales taught him how to listen, communicate, and earn trust in real time. He also gravitated early toward numbers and systems. Accounting became part of his foundation, not just for understanding money, but for understanding how financial problems form, how people get trapped in them, and how the right structure can help guide them out.
Chris entered the tax resolution world for practical reasons at first. He needed stability. When he learned he had a son, work became something more than a paycheck. It became purpose. As he grew in the industry, he learned the mechanics of tax resolution, but he also saw the deeper problem. Too many firms were sales-led and promise-heavy, with weak follow-through behind the pitch. People who were already scared, overwhelmed, and behind were being sold hope without structure.
Life tested Chris in ways that made those lessons personal. When his son nearly drowned and survived, the experience reinforced something permanent in him: stability can never be taken for granted. Chris also carries another defining chapter. He has been in recovery from addiction for 19 years. That journey shaped the standards he lives by: truth, follow-through, and doing what you say you will do. For him, integrity is not a branding word. It is a life principle.
Chris believed clients deserved better than confusion, broken trust, and vague reassurance. So in 2020, he founded Nashville Tax Solutions with a clear mission: raise the standard in an industry known for noise and inconsistency. Not by being louder, but by being better.
In 2015, Chris made a defining decision. He committed to becoming an Enrolled Agent so he could move beyond sales and into real representation. He wanted authority, technical competence, and the ability to advocate for clients the right way: legally, ethically, and effectively.
Today, Chris leads Nashville Tax Solutions with a philosophy that is both practical and deeply human. For Chris, the goal is not growth for its own sake. It is legacy. The standard remains simple: truth, communication, and resolution that lasts.
Principles
Our values are not separate from the client experience. They shape how we communicate, how we structure the work, and how we define responsibility.
Clients deserve honest guidance and realistic expectations from the beginning.
People should feel informed, updated, and clear on what is happening.
Real resolution does not last without getting the foundation right.
The role of the firm is to guide, protect, and help clients move forward properly.
Relief starts when confusion is replaced with a clearer plan and steadier footing.
Trust
Trust is earned through the way serious matters are explained, handled, and followed through, not just through the promises made at the beginning.
Clients place serious matters in the firm's hands because they want clarity, steadiness, and real accountability.
If you need guidance on a serious tax matter, the next step is a conversation built on clarity, not pressure.
The first step is not having every answer. It is beginning with a clearer understanding of where you stand and what may come next.
